The Basics

This rental property is half of an expansive waterfront home that's set up as a duplex. One side is owner-occupied, the other side is the rental. Each side has its own private entrance, yard, parking, water views, beach access, etc.

The rental has undergone some updates over the years, primarily to the kitchen, dining and living areas. It's eclectically furnished with a mix of mid-century antiques and modern-day pieces.
